Tech Lead React Native | Naico Inc | Smartcity Kochi

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in React Native development. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and managing a team of developers to create robust and scalable mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our mobile applications meet high standards of quality, performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

1) Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3+ years of experience in React Native development.
2) Proven track record of leading software development teams and successfully delivering mobile applications to market.
3) Extensive knowledge of React Native framework, including its core principles, lifecycle, and ecosystem.
4) Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related web technologies.
5) Experience with native iOS and Android development is a plus.
6) Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
7) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
8) Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
9) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
