Gems Modern Academy, Kochi bags International Diana Award

Kochi: Jewels of Kindness, an initiative started in GEMS Modern Academy, Kochi during the 2020-21 academic year, to cultivate kindness among their students has acquired the International Diana Award. Nirvaan and Sethulakshmi of Grade 7 and 10 were among the 400 recipients globally who won the restigious award.

The Diana Award was established in 1999 by the British government to continue the legacy of Princess of Wales Diana. It is the only charity set up in memory of Diana and her belief that young people have the power to change the world.
