Test Lead Heath Care Domain | Naico Inc | Smartcity Kochi

Responsibilities:

• Candidates should have a total of 8 to 10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years specifically in the healthcare domain or testing healthcare apps.
• Work very closely with the Engineering team to deliver robust test harnesses to meet complex testing needs of various projects.
• Responsible for E2E Testing Delivery- Test Design, Preparation and Execution in Project or product Landscape.
• Participate in Program Automation Delivery – As Functional Expertise and Automation Test Execution knowledge.
• Lead and deliver as E2E verification and validation activities in the Mid / Large project with minimum supervision.
• Carry out initial screening of the Resumes for the Open Positions and also conduct an initial round of interviews.
• Mentor, Train and lead a group of Test engineers to deliver innovation in Verification and validation phases.
• Design, Develop and guide the teams on new test framework, tooling needed for all disciplines of Verification and Validation and should be having experience in health care domain.
• Responsible for E2E Functional Deliveries as per Program Schedule.
• Should have a good understanding of Dev ops and agile.
• Responsible for creating Stubs to support end to end testing activities.
• Execution of the existing ST and SIT regression packs and consolidated feedback to the lead on a regular basis.
• Proactively take up additional deliveries / tasks.
• Focus and help identify ways to increase resource efficiency / productivity.
• Focus and Help in Team building, motivation, people oriented.
• Focus and help define processes and follow them within the area of remit.
• Accountable for the Test coverage.
• Own the test estimates and drive the test activities within the planned estimates with the intent of saving efforts.
